RETURN Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below.

 

Returns: 

If the return meets criteria stated below, a store credit (Dale’s Clothing E-Gift Card) or refund will be issued. 

  • Please enclose packing slip along with the eligible item/items to be returned. 
  • Returns must be delivered back to us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered for refund. (in-store & online)
  • Returns must be delivered back to us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered for store credit. (in-store & online)
  • Returns received after 30 calendar days will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • A 3% restocking fee will be charged on Debit/Credit Cards returns. Fee will be waived if in-store credit is preferred. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  
  • We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
  • We do not provide return labels.
  • Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or any signs of wear or use. All original tags must be attached and all packing slips included in the return.
  • Shoe boxes must be shipped in a separate box or mailer, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. If a shoe box is damaged or taped, the return will be refused.

 

All SALE items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Items included in flash sales, items bought with discount codes of 25% or more will be considered a final sale.

 

If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.

 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed you will receive an email notification.

 

 

INSTALLMENTS: AfterPay

  • A 15% restock fee will be charged if customer wants a refund.
  • We will waive the restocking fee if you indicate on your packing slip that you would like store credit.
  • If a purchase was made using AfterPay or Sezzle the customer is still responsible for paying the full balance even though the Dales Clothing E-Giftcard/Account Credit has been issued for the return.  

 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEM:

  • If you have received a defective item please email (dalesorders@gmail.com) within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.

 

 

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

 

 

Exchanges: 

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange and return the original order. We cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock. 

 

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Starts November 29th - January 15th

Any order placed from Nov. 29th will have until January the 15th to return. No refunds will be given. A Dales Online E-Giftcard will be issued. Please enclose packing slip along with the eligible item/items to be returned.

FAQ- How do I access my store credit? 

If the purchase was made on our website, the E-Giftcard will be issued to the website. If the purchase was made on our app or live sale, a store credit or will be issued to your CommentSold account.  

 

An E-Giftcard is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion a gift card may go to your Spam folder. All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
