In Store Pick Up
**Please read our recent updated policy change regarding our online inventory as well as in store pick up. 
Effective November 1, 2018
 
Over the last few months, Dale's Clothing has experienced growth in both online and in-store. As a result, we have had some “growing pains” in our point of sale system as well as our online inventory management system.
 
In Store Pick Up
Orders will be ready to pick up within 24 hours, we will contact you if it will NOT be ready within the 24 hours. It will be available for pick up during our store hours: Monday-Saturday 9a-6p CST.
You will get a notification it is ready to pick up via email.
 
Returning an Online Order In Store
If you buy online, you can BRING your return in store to avoid return shipping costs, but please note that it will have to go back to our warehouse for the return to be processed (2-3 business days).
If you bought online and would like to exchange for a different size (must be same exact product) and the size you need is available IN STORE, our retail associate can gladly offer you the size exchange.
