In Store Pick Up
**Please read our recent updated policy change regarding our online inventory as well as in store pick up.
Effective November 1, 2018
Dear Dales Customers,
First and foremost thanks so much for taking the time to shop our online website! Over the last few months, Dales Clothing has experienced growth in both online and in store sales. As a result, we have had some “growing pains” in our point of sale system as well as our online inventory management system.
Effective November 1, 2018, the only merchandise that is allowed to be sold in our retail store front is what is available on the racks. We will not be allowed to pull from our online stock to fill in missing sizes. There is a chance that your size may be sold out in store but available in our online stock. In order to purchase this size, you will need to place an online order.
In Store Pick Up
Orders will be ready to pick up within 24 hours, we will contact you if it will NOT be ready within the 24 hours. It will be available for pick up during our store hours: Monday-Saturday 9a-6p CST.
You will get a notification it is ready to pick up via email.
Returning an Online Order In Store
If you buy online, you can BRING your return in store to avoid return shipping costs, but please note that it will have to go back to our warehouse for the return to be processed (2-3 business days). We will not be able to process a ONLINE return in store at this time. If the original purchase was in store that it can be returned according to our return policy.
If you bought online and would like to exchange for a different size (must be same exact product) and the size you need is available IN STORE, our retail associate can gladly offer you the size exchange.
